¡Dios bendiga!

Spreading Words of Wisdom Through Proverbs? Why Not the Whole Bible? Yes!

How can we change the world one day at a time?
We can change the world in 3 different ways:
We can:

  1. Speak and overspill with the love of Jesus,
  2. Fill ourselves up with the word of God daily, and,
  3. After being filled up with his word, pour back out into other's lives who desperately need it.
These things can help the world become a better place one day at a time.
Here are some verses that may help:
1 Peter 5:5-7 NIV
[5] In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” [6] Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. [7] Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
Luke 10:34 NIV
[34] He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him.

The reality is that in order to change this hurting world, we need to first fill ourselves up with the word of God. Then, we need to pour into lives that are aching for truth.
The video below is a little bit of insight to get you going in ministry:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLikOq_ESr8.

Anyone out there that wants to minister? Homeless? Speechless? Feeling worthless?
You are not worthless or anything I just mentioned. You are loved by a God who loves and cares for you everyday!

And so do I!

God bless!

¡Guauu! ¡Qué Dios indestructible e incomprensible servimos!
He aquí un ejemplo: https://iluvbingjcsbride.blogspot.com/2017/02/being-honest-on-honest-versus-dishonest.html?m=1.

¡Bendiciones!

Being Patient Rather then not waiting for what lies ahead

You've probably heard the saying: patience is a virtue so just wait.
Time is precious in God's sight and it is up to us if we waste it.
http://www.shewrites.com/blog/view/2823041/patience-is-a-what-being-this-way-helps-you-in-life
The blog post above has to deal with patience and I say that because patience is important if you want a long life here on earth.
Proverbs 19:11 NIV
[11] A person's wisdom yields patience; it is to one's glory to overlook an offense.
Proverbs 25:15 NIV
[15] Through patience a ruler can be persuaded, and a gentle tongue can break a bone.
Ecclesiastes 7:8 NIV
[8] The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride.
Isaiah 7:13 NIV
[13] Then Isaiah said, “Hear now, you house of David! Is it not enough to try the patience of humans? Will you try the patience of my God also?
Romans 2:4 NIV
[4] Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?
Romans 9:22 NIV
[22] What if God, although choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath---prepared for destruction?
Colossians 3:12 NIV
[12] Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
2 Peter 3:15 NIV
[15] Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.

Wow! What an incomprehensible indestructible God we serve!

I hope that encourages you to be patient as you go about your day.

Blessings!

¡Bendiciones!

Plug in and tune into your God? Why should I turn to the bible when the world is at my fingertips?

Jesus is with us, yes, he is with us always.

Psalm 46:8-10 NIV
[8] Come and see what the Lord has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth. [9] He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire. [10] He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
Isaiah 10:33-34 NIV
[33] See, the Lord, the Lord Almighty, will lop off the boughs with great power. The lofty trees will be felled, the tall ones will be brought low. [34] He will cut down the forest thickets with an ax; Lebanon will fall before the Mighty One.
Isaiah 11:1-10 NIV
[1] A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. [2] The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him---the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord--- [3] and he will delight in the fear of the Lord. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; [4] but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked. [5] Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist. [6] The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them. [7] The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. [8] The infant will play near the cobra's den, the young child will put its hand into the viper's nest. [9] They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. [10] In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious.
Isaiah 12:1-6 NIV
[1] In that day you will say:
“I will praise you, Lord. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me. [2] Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense ; he has become my salvation. ” [3] With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. [4] In that day you will say: “Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted. [5] Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world. [6] Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you. ”
2 Peter 3:9 NIV
[9] The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

Jesus is also patient with us. I pray you feel inspired to minister to others about the gospel. The world needs it!

Give resources, links and documentaries about the gospel. Not the false gospel as Google can admit (sometimes).

Okay, hope that helps you out.

Blessings!

¡Bendiciones!

God and I: The Real Man Upstairs behind the Scriptures

Do you ever feel like God is not as real to you like he was to John, Esther or Moses?
In Exodus 3 the story of the burning bush, Moses gets introduced to God by a brand new Name: I AM.
Now, I AM can mean several things but I will focus on one today: God is all that there is to see and hear and know.
Exodus 3:1-6 NIV
[1] Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. [2] There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. [3] So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight---why the bush does not burn up.” [4] When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, “Moses! Moses!” And Moses said, “Here I am.” [5] “Do not come any closer,” God said. “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.” [6] Then he said, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.” At this, Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look at God.

God is REAL and does show up in places we don't expect. Maybe not in the same way in scripture, but he does show up!

God shows up when we have community together: http://shorelinechurch.org/sermon-videos/?enmse=1&enmse_sid=73&enmse_mid=321
Jesus valued community in the synagoue and beyond his boarders.
Jesus is here and longs to be with us intimately at all times. More importantly, he desires to have us all to himself because he is madly in love with us his bride. Hope that encouraged you to speak up for Jesus!

Blessings!

¿A quién vas a servir? ¿Dios o dinero?

Https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+6:24&version=NIV, https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+16:13&version=NIV.

Servirle ... Vale la pena luchar. Génesis 15:11.

¡Bendiciones!

To Whom Will You Serve? God or money? The choice is yours...

Serve the Lord! You have heard this saying before.

Yes we must do this serving, but it can be hard.

In a world that promotes worth like it's money, know that serving the Lord is more important than the average American making his or her income to make a living.

Joshua 24:15 NIV
[15] But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
1 Kings 8:57-58 NIV
[57] May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us nor forsake us. [58] May he turn our hearts to him, to walk in obedience to him and keep the commands, decrees and laws he gave our ancestors.
Psalm 32:8-9 NIV
[8] I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. [9] Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you.

So what will it be? Serve the Lord, or Money? https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+6:24&version=NIVhttps://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+16:13&version=NIV.

Serve him... It is worth the fight. Genesis 15:11.

Blessings!

Tatiana

Lies, lies and the Truth: Watch what you hear from people about the news

I have been writing for as long as I can remember. This post below, should give you a hint of what I am trying to say:
https://iluvbingjcsbride.blogspot.com/2016/06/transgender-america-are-you-joking-with.html

Jesus LOVES us ALL! https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=mark+16%3A16-18&version=NIV.

He died for us all! Even our politicians and new president! http://praywithme101.blogspot.com/2017/03/slanderous-presidency-absolutely-no.html.

Case and fact: do NOT believe EVERYTHING this world tells you about our new president or anyone else for that matter. Not everything that comes from someone's mouth is completely true: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+15%3A1-20&version=NIV.

So the next time someone tries to tell you the "truth" and you began to doubt in your mind that what their saying is true, it's a lie!

Hope that helps!

In Christ Jesus,
Tatiana

¡Empecemos!

¡Te veo pronto!

¡Bendiciones!

Bible Jeopardy: Is It Really Worth My Time to fully read the Bible?

What does it mean to be alone with God? Some say that being alone requires a bible and thinking or praying.
That is true. But being alone with God (the Creator of the universe) is way more then just being alone with a bible and talking openly to him in prayer. It's committing to follow in his footsteps of faith because that is what Jesus came to do. How you may ask? How do we spend more time with him alone?

The answer is that if we turn off the television, for example Facebook or Twitter or Youtube, and focus on him, we can get a better understanding of, I will use another example, when we fully submit to him in our body, soul, mind and spirit.

I am painting a picture of what is feels like to have God Almighty with us in the good times and the horrible times here on earth.

Genesis 39:2-6 NIV
[2] The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. [3] When his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord gave him success in everything he did, [4] Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned. [5] From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the Lord blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the Lord was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field. [6] So Potiphar left everything he had in Joseph's care; with Joseph in charge, he did not concern himself with anything except the food he ate. Now Joseph was well-built and handsome,
Genesis 39:21-23 NIV
[21] the Lord was with him; he showed him kindness and granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden. [22] So the warden put Joseph in charge of all those held in the prison, and he was made responsible for all that was done there. [23] The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph's care, because the Lord was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did.
Romans 8:28-30 NIV
[28] And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. [29] For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. [30] And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

So, how do we start the day off with a little time with God? Open up your bible to any passage and ask him to search your heart and soul. It takes time to sit down and do this daily. But it is worth the time and energy.

So, what are you waiting for? Let's get started!

See you soon!

Blessings!

He aquí un ejemplo: https://iluvbingjcsbride.blogspot.com/2016/07/christian-perspectives-and-life-of-one.html?m=1.
Hechos 10: 34-35 NVI

¡Bueno!

Cuídate,
Tatiana

Growing In Grace and Knowledge of Our Lord and Savior

Comparison is a women's worst enemy.
https://twitter.com/tmgrubb123/status/860669545437999104http://proverbs31.org/ can help you understand that when you compare yourself to someone who looks like he or she has their life together, you are competing with the world and God does not want that!
He wants you to realize that you are special in some way to him! But that does not mean you are his favorite. Here is an example: https://iluvbingjcsbride.blogspot.com/2016/07/christian-perspectives-and-life-of-one.html?m=1
Acts 10:34-35 NIV
[34] Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism [35] but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.

So do you understand now that favoritism and comparison are your worst nightmare? Good!

Take care,
Tatiana

Amor,
Tatiana

Have Your Way in Me Lord Jesus: He is NOT done with your writer yet....

If someone, like God, told you that once you were done with all your devotionals your time on earth was up, would you believe them? I would not!

Fact of the matter is that I am ALMOST finished with my devotionals in my Women's Devotional Bible, but I am not ready to go just yet, at ALL!

God has some serious work and business to take care of on me AND through me. He is NOT done with me yet!

So, do NOT panic, I am still going to be here on earth.

Here is proof that I am NOT making this up:
Psalm 136:1-26 NIV
[1] Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever. [2] Give thanks to the God of gods. His love endures forever. [3] Give thanks to the Lord of lords: His love endures forever. [4] to him who alone does great wonders, His love endures forever. [5] who by his understanding made the heavens, His love endures forever. [6] who spread out the earth upon the waters, His love endures forever. [7] who made the great lights---His love endures forever. [8] the sun to govern the day, His love endures forever. [9] the moon and stars to govern the night; His love endures forever. [10] to him who struck down the firstborn of Egypt His love endures forever. [11] and brought Israel out from among them His love endures forever. [12] with a mighty hand and outstretched arm; His love endures forever. [13] to him who divided the Red Sea asunder His love endures forever. [14] and brought Israel through the midst of it, His love endures forever. [15] but swept Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea; His love endures forever. [16] to him who led his people through the wilderness; His love endures forever. [17] to him who struck down great kings, His love endures forever. [18] and killed mighty kings---His love endures forever. [19] Sihon king of the Amorites His love endures forever. [20] and Og king of Bashan---His love endures forever. [21] and gave their land as an inheritance, His love endures forever. [22] an inheritance to his servant Israel. His love endures forever. [23] He remembered us in our low estate His love endures forever. [24] and freed us from our enemies. His love endures forever. [25] He gives food to every creature. His love endures forever. [26] Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever.
Hebrews 6:16-20 NIV
[16] People swear by someone greater than themselves, and the oath confirms what is said and puts an end to all argument. [17] Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. [18] God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. [19] We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, [20] where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.
James 1:17 NIV
[17] Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
Hebrews 13:8 NIV
[8] Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Did you catch that? Jesus is real, but he is not taking me home yet, I have some unfinished business to take care of!

If you need me, I will be blogging for the rest of my life or until Jesus Christ RETURNS!

But, not for a while....

Love,
Tatiana
