I have felt alone before. I even isolated myself from people to listen to my music only to dig myself into a much larger sinkhole then when I started feeling this way.

1. I react to feelings of loneliness and isolation by listening to my headphones and making it much worse by turning up the volume on my phone and iPod. 
2. I can remind myself of this truth by praying honestly about maybe why he feels so far away and physically open up his word and actually read it instead of constantly going to my phone all the time.
