Peligro de la Biblia: ¿Realmente vale la pena leer completamente la Biblia?

¿Qué significa estar a solas con Dios? Algunos dicen que estar solo requiere una Biblia y pensar o rezar.
Eso es verdad. Pero estar solo con Dios (el Creador del universo) es mucho más que estar solo con una Biblia y hablar abiertamente con él en la oración. Se está comprometiendo a seguir sus pasos de fe, porque eso es lo que Jesús vino a hacer. ¿Cómo puede preguntar? ¿Cómo pasamos más tiempo con él solo?

La respuesta es que si apagar la televisión, por ejemplo Facebook o Twitter o Youtube, y centrarse en él, podemos obtener una mejor comprensión de, voy a utilizar otro ejemplo, cuando nos sometemos plenamente a él en nuestro cuerpo, el alma, Mente y espíritu.


Estoy pintando una imagen de lo que se siente al tener a Dios Todopoderoso con nosotros en los buenos tiempos y los tiempos horribles aquí en la tierra.

Génesis 39: 2-6 NVI
[2] El Señor estaba con José para que prosperara, y vivió en la casa de su maestro egipcio. [3] Cuando su amo vio que el Señor estaba con él y que el Señor le dio éxito en todo lo que hizo, [4] José encontró favor a sus ojos y se convirtió en su asistente. Potifar lo puso a cargo de su casa, y le confió todo lo que tenía. [5] Desde el momento en que lo puso a cargo de su casa y de todo lo que poseía, el Señor bendijo a la familia de los egipcios por causa de José. La bendición del Señor estaba en todo lo que Potifar tenía, tanto en la casa como en el campo. [6] Potifar dejó todo lo que tenía a su cuidado; Con José a cargo, no se preocupaba de nada excepto de la comida que comía. Ahora José estaba bien construido y guapo,
Génesis 39: 21-23 NVI
[21] El Señor estaba con él; Él le mostró bondad y le concedió favor a los ojos del guardián de la prisión. [22] Así que el guardián puso a José a cargo de todos los que estaban en la cárcel, y se le hizo responsable de todo lo que allí se hacía. [23] El alcaide no prestó atención a nada bajo el cuidado de José, porque el Señor estaba con José y le dio éxito en todo lo que hizo.
Romanos 8: 28-30 NVI
[28] Y sabemos que en todas las cosas obra Dios para el bien de los que le aman, que han sido llamados según su propósito. [29] Porque aquellos que Dios conoció de antemano también predestinaron a ser conformados a la imagen de su Hijo, para que él sea el primogénito entre muchos hermanos y hermanas. [30] A los que él predestinó, también llamó; A los que él llamó, también lo justificó; A los que justificó, también glorificó.

Entonces, ¿cómo empezamos el día libre con un poco de tiempo con Dios? Abra su Biblia a cualquier pasaje y pídale que busque su corazón y su alma. Toma tiempo para sentarse y hacer esto todos los días. Pero vale la pena el tiempo y la energía.

Bible Jeopardy: Is It Really Worth My Time to fully read the Bible?

What does it mean to be alone with God? Some say that being alone requires a bible and thinking or praying.
That is true. But being alone with God (the Creator of the universe) is way more then just being alone with a bible and talking openly to him in prayer. It's committing to follow in his footsteps of faith because that is what Jesus came to do. How you may ask? How do we spend more time with him alone?

The answer is that if we turn off the television, for example Facebook or Twitter or Youtube, and focus on him, we can get a better understanding of, I will use another example, when we fully submit to him in our body, soul, mind and spirit.


I am painting a picture of what is feels like to have God Almighty with us in the good times and the horrible times here on earth.


Genesis 39:2-6 NIV
[2] The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. [3] When his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord gave him success in everything he did, [4] Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned. [5] From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the Lord blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the Lord was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field. Genesis 39:21-23 NIV
[21] the Lord was with him; he showed him kindness and granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden. [22] So the warden put Joseph in charge of all those held in the prison, and he was made responsible for all that was done there. [23] The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph's care, because the Lord was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did.
Romans 8:28-30 NIV
[28] And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. [29] For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. [30] And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

So, how do we start the day off with a little time with God? Open up your bible to any passage and ask him to search your heart and soul. It takes time to sit down and do this daily. But it is worth the time and energy.
