I will admit it, now: I can’t save money!
Yes, I am officially out of money! I need help, prayer and self control! Darnet, Tatiana Marguerite Grubb, why can’t you save your money??
Tatiana: because I spent it on food and not so much on bills like my phone, so that when the money comes I wonder if it is enough? You have every failure God, you have every victory!

Dinero y seguridad: cómo la vida real NO depende de la estabilidad financiera sino de una sola fundación

Una vez fui adicto a las compras, ¿puedes creer eso? Quiero decir, ¡sacaría dinero constantemente de mi cuenta bancaria o ingreso mensual y calcularía la cantidad que hago cada dos semanas antes de que me paguen! ¡Gastaría dinero en dulces, refrescos, café y más basura de lo que necesitaba para mi cuerpo, mente y alma!


Luego aprendí sobre el presupuesto. Entonces, diezme el cheque antes de que lo obtuviera y guardé el resto en mi banco. ¡No fue fácil!


Al principio, tuve la tentación de pensar que el dinero era mi fuente (la mayor mentira de la seguridad), de la seguridad y guardarlo como si fuera a pasar al día siguiente si no lo guardaba o si no me pagaban suficiente dinero.


Aquí está la conclusión: si conoces a Jesús como tu Salvador y Señor, ¡tienes la seguridad eterna en Él, solo!


¡Período!


Espero que puedan aprender de mí una lección sobre la seguridad en comparación con una fortaleza segura ¡SÓLO en Jesucristo!

Money and Security: :How the Real life does NOT depend on just financial stability but on one Foundation

I was once addicted to shopping, can you believe that?? I mean, I would pull money constantly from my bank account or monthly income and calculate the amount I make every two weeks before I got paid! I would spend money on candy, soda, coffee and more junk than what I needed for my body, mind and soul!

Then I learned about budgeting. So, I tithed the check before I got it and saved the rest in my bank. It was not easy!

At first, I was tempted to think that money was my source (biggest lie of security yet), of security and save it like I was going to pass on the next day if I didn't save it or get paid enough money!

Here's the bottom line: If you know Jesus as your Savior and Lord, you have eternal security in Him, alone!

Period!

I hope you can learn a lesson from me about security versus a secure fortress found ONLY in Jesus Christ!

Confesiones de una juerga de compras: no confíe en sus propios ingenios y caprichos para atravesar la vida

Es fácil: gastar dinero en cosas que no necesitamos necesariamente, decir que estamos bien cuando en realidad no somos, esconder una máscara, y hacernos parecer bien a los demás cuando en realidad, hay algo más en riesgo y está ENTERRADO debajo de nuestro superficie.

Cuando soy débil y vulnerable al dolor, tiendo a gastar dinero en cosas como baterías, café y comida chatarra que realmente va bien a TRAVÉS de mi cuerpo. (Sí, la confesión es curativa)

¿Pero sabes que? ¡Jesús nos AMA en nuestra debilidad y quiere ayudarnos!


Si todo lo que hacemos se basa en nuestros propios caprichos y caprichos, nos perdemos el punto de crecer en la fe. Para mí, esto significa autocontrol en mi cuenta bancaria en mi billetera y confiar plenamente en Dios y su fuerza para hacer un cambio disculpándose con él y volviendo a su don de gracia. ¡¡Una y otra vez!!

Practica lo que predicas, no al revés.

Confessions of a Shopping Spree: Don't rely on Your own Wits and Whims to get you through Life

It's easy to: spend money on stuff we don't necessarily need, say we are okay when really we are not, hide a mask, and make ourselves appear fine to others when really, there is something else at risk and it's BURIED underneath our surface.

When I am weak and vulnerable to pain, I tend to spend money on things like batteries, coffee, and junk food that really, just goes right THROUGH my body. (Yes, confession is healing.)

But you know what? Jesus LOVES us in our weakness and he wants to help us!!

If all we do is rely on our own whits and whims, we miss the point of growing up in faith. For me, this means, self control on my bank account in my wallet and relying FULLY on God and his strength to make a change by apologizing to him and turning back to his gift of grace. Again and again!!

Practice what you preach, not the other way around.
